Charles Antonucci, Sr. is The Park Avenue Bank's President and Chief Executive Officer, who brings more than thirty years of banking experience to his position. He is responsible for significantly expanding the bank's asset base and branch network throughout the New York marketplace. He is a very well-known and respected turnaround specialist, investor and consultant in the banking community. Charles has worked extensively on mortgage banking, loan structuring, investment banking and restoring troubled financial institutions to profitability.

Patrick R. Murphy, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of The Park Avenue Bank. With an excess of twenty years of banking expertise and public accounting experience, he is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the Bank.

Edward L. Beyer, Jr. is the Chief Lending Officer and Executive Vice President of The Park Avenue Bank. He brings over thirty years' of banking industry experience to his post. His responsibilities include overseeing the lending function for the Bank. Edward brings a rich heritage of customer-focused real estate lending experience having served in the executive capacity at financial service companies, money centers as well as large national banks.
