Donald G. Glascoff, Jr. is a retired attorney and currently Chairman of the Board of Park Avenue Bank. He was formerly a Partner and Co-Chairman of the Wall Street law firm, Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft. Throughout his career, Mr. Glascoff held positions as Chairman or Board Member of many domestic and international companies, including Magnesium Corporation of America, Renco Steel Holdings, Inc., an international hotel development company, a commercial mortgage internet origination company as well as non-profit entities, such as the Frost Valley YMCA, OpSail 2000 and The Programme in Public Interest Law and Policy of Oxford University in England. He has chaired numerous seminars and has published more than 40 books and articles in his areas of legal and business expertise.

Charles J. Antonucci, Sr. is Chief Executive Officer and President of The Park Avenue Bank, a position he has held since July 1, 2004. From April of 1990 until he became president of the Bank, Mr. Antonucci was the Managing Director of Bedford Consulting Group, Inc., a bank consulting firm located in Fishkill, New York which assisted troubled financial institutions in working out their problem assets.

Bruno de Vinck is a Senior Vice President: Special Projects for the Lightstone Group.

Mr. de Vinck studied Architecture at Pratt Institute and then worked for the Bechtel Corporation for 5 years in the engineering department. Since 1973 he has overseen the management, construction and development of commercial and residential investments. During that time, Mr. de Vinck was the general manager for Heritage Management Co., Inc., AKS Management Co., Inc. and JN Management Co. At the same time, he was the founding president and chairman of the board for 20 years of the Ramsey Homestead Corp., a not-for-profit senior citizens residential health care facility. Mr. de Vinck is also a past New Jersey chapter president of the Institute of Real Estate Management. He joined the Lightstone Group in 1994.

Bruno de Vinck is presently a director of the Park Avenue Bank (NYC), director of Prime Group Realty Trust (Chicago) and director, secretary, & chief operations officer of Lightstone Value Plus REIT (NYC).

Frederick Keller has more than 40 years experience in the Banking and Commercial Finance industries and has been involved in originating, structuring, negotiating and closing hundreds of millions of dollars of financing transactions. These financing transactions included equipment loans and leases, project financing and working capital transactions as well as funding for management buy-outs and debt restructuring. He is a Vice President of LeFrog, Inc., a financial consulting firm headquartered in Hampton Bays, N.Y. LeFrog provides domestic and international banks, on an outsourcing basis, a broad range of credit related products including loan portfolio assessment (loan review) and management programs, credit training programs and asset improvement programs.

Patrick R. Murphy, CPA is the Chief Financial Officer of The Park Avenue Bank. From September of 1998 until assuming his present employment, Mr. Murphy was Chief Financial Officer of Westchester Medical Group. From 1997 to 1998 he was the Chief Financial Officer of the two largest subsidiaries of Complete Management, Inc. From 1995 to 1997 he was Chief Financial Officer and a managing director of Bedford Consulting Group, Inc. From 1989 to 1995, he was a Vice President, Director of Financial Reporting and Chairman of the Loan Review Committee of New York Bancorp, Inc.

Angela Mirizzi-Olsen is a Director at The Park Avenue Bank and an Executive Vice President at Meridian Capital Group, one of the nation's largest mortgage brokers serving the multi-family and commercial real estate sectors. Prior to joining Meridian Capital Group, Ms. Mirizzi-Olsen was Chief Executive Officer at Park Avenue Funding and had dual responsibilities as Chief Investment Officer and Senior Vice President at Lightstone Real Estate Partners, overseeing the firm's financing of new and existing properties and the management of the commercial leasing division. Prior to joining the Lightstone organization, Ms. Mirizzi-Olsen spent five years as Vice President at Arbor Commercial Mortgage in the Structured Finance division and held positions at ARCS, American Savings and in the Securitization Group at Citicorp.

Mendel Zilberberg is President of Mendel Zilberberg & Associates P.C., a law firm specializing in real estate and commercial transactions with offices in New York and New Jersey. He is also the owner of a real estate title insurance agency and a number of other entities in the financial, healthcare and real estate sectors.
